Very attentive and helpful with my weight loss needs
The staff are really relatable, caring, knowledgeable and it’s working for me.
I have tried so many times to call and speak to someone and schedule an appt but nobody ever answers the phone. I've left messages when prompted at the local office and the main office and after a month still no return call. Poor way to run a business when there's other options available.
I like the staff, but the hours are not convenient. They close at 4PM everyday except Tuesday they are open until til 7pm and Friday they close early at 12 noon. If you cannot get there on Tuesday you are SOL. How is closing at 4 convenient for working people? You cannot go at lunch because it takes more than an hour to drive there, get weighed in and get your products and drive back to work and I am just 15 min away. This is not an efficient way to run a program that is suppose to help people.
I callec & asked id they prescribe adipex, They lied to me told me they did but once I got there they wanted to teach me other eating habbits thats nice & all but not what I asked they totally waisted my time
