I went to Lisa years ago for back and shoulder issues. I was anxious because I had only been to a massage therapist one time before and I was miserable for days after. Lisa’s calming nature made me start to just relax and let my nervous energy melt away. She has a long career of Occupational Therapy and has taught Anatomy before at college level which I feel just enhances your experience with Lisa. She also did Cranio-Sacral on me which I now firmly support. You will not regret booking with Lisa, it’s a great vibe.

I drove the way from Knoxville to Asheville just to experience Lisa’s extraordinary massage therapy again. Eight years ago, I was fortunate to have had her expertise recommended to me by my physical therapist while we both lived in Knoxville. Lisa really listens to your needs and she always finds those and other trigger points you didn’t know were related and needed! Her knowledge is extraordinary and I promise you will leave there feeling the best you have in a long time. In addition, Lisa is just a very nice person.

Lisa has been my massage therapist for several years. She approaches treatment in a professional and compassionate manner, making sure to understand any issues. Massages are given in a calm, comfortable environment. Most of all, Lisa is wonderful person with whom to spend some time.
