Rich came to our home to walk though the house and discuss a few different projects we wanted to do. He promised us an itemized estimate for each of the different projects, which we never got. I followed up twice and got no response.
We had a multi-level flood in our house. Rich and his team made our home beautiful again, they were always timely, worked with us on price, and most importantly..Rich picked up the phone every time we called him. He still does. Can’t stress how important that is in a contractor. Great guy, great work. Highly recommend the Transformations team.
