Please avoid this horrid facility. I witnessed clients (seemingly sober) leave in ambulances and most likely forced to detox prior to checking in. Mid stay clients would end up mysteriously in the hospital. They are connected to WhiteSands and Turning Point of Tampa - these facilities will trap you or your loved ones in a cycle of treatment that borders criminality. I called Transformations by the Gulf today looking for help I needed. Taylor was so amazing on the phone and provided support and detailed answers to my questions. I cannot recommend this place or Taylor highly enough!
