Kerri did an amazing job on my dress. She created a bustle I liked, made adjustments not only to the hem but to the straps as well. I also had a beaded dress and she was able to fix some of the sequence and beads that had come loose since I bought an off the rack try on dress from another store. Kerri is also super affordable in my opinion for such quality and speed of work!
My gown ordered elsewhere was slow to arrive and I didn't have time to have it shortened before I left home for the wedding in Iowa. I had a week or so in Des Moines before the wedding and the bride said Kerri had altered her gown and recommended her. Kerri was able to do a fabulous job in a short time. It was perfect!
I took my wedding dress to Kerri which needed to be taken in quite a bit at the top. I was so nervous it wouldn't fit right, but Kerri did an amazing job with the alterations and it fits better than I could've imagined. She was very kind, easy to work with and worked fast, too. I'm so excited to wear it on my wedding day!
I don’t usually leave poor reviews but I feel like I need to warn people not to go here unless you’re okay with getting your alterations done days before the wedding. I dropped my dress off for minimal alterations august 16th for a wedding October 2nd. I called on September 14th to inquire about the status of my dress and was told they were currently working on dresses for a wedding that weekend. Kerri was really nice and the reception gal was really nice to... but she had overbooked my appointment. I waited for 45+ minutes because she had to prioritize seeing one of us first so I guess it was not me before being seen and at the end of the day she said my dress fit me well but it was like 2-3 sizes to big when I ordered it so I knew it didn't so I just didn't have a good experience but your might be better.
