Love working out at this gym! 24 hour access, very CLEAN! plenty of weights and machines, but still family environment! Also, spend most of my time personal training with Caleb and I can highly recommend him!

Great gym. Caleb and Jordan are extremely knowledgeable in training. They are always willing to help and the most important part is that they make you feel like you are part of a family. Good people and wonderful gym to be a part of. Could not be more pleased with this gym and the way it is ran.

This is the gym to be at! I have never been a gym goer and the only workouts I would do were from home, every now and then. It’s easy to feel intimidated stepping foot into a gym, but this place honestly feels like home! The people (both the members and trainers) make you feel right at home. It doesn’t matter your level of ability or where you’re at on your journey… you’ll fit right in (coming from the person who has been so self conscious her entire life). I'm a new member and have taken advantage of the open gym using their fitness app. I attend several classes during the week and love the positive atmosphere and encouragement from all the members, owners, and trainers. I signed up for personal training with Jordan so I could get use the gym and all TOA has to offer. TOA is perfect if you are looking for a supportive community that leads to positive lifestyle changes.
