I recently joined Transformation of Ascension, and I can’t recommend it enough! The small, personalized classes are a game-changer for anyone, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete. The trainers tailor each session to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring everyone feels challenged yet supported. The intimate class sizes mean you get hands-on guidance and form corrections, which has helped me improve my technique.
The staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer any questions.
I had worked out from home for a year but had plateaued and was no longer seeing results, when I decided to try TOA after a friend recommended them. From day one Jordan, Caleb, and Drew have been extremely helpful in answering any questions I had demonstrating proper form, and equipment techniques.
