I’m not one to knock someone’s hustle but I think things should be 100% put on the forefront so that people know what to expect. I booked a massage for my mother on Mother’s Day. What we did not know is that this massage would be done in someone’s home with a crying baby. Refused to answer the door and after calling multiple times was finally able to get the massage. This a truly unique and initmate salon/spa experience unlike anything I've set foot into. It doesn't feel like a commercial service, as much as it feels like a family encounter. The owners are incredibly personable. The interior decoration is modern, posh and well designed. Their equipment is also high quality. You won't just be getting a standard, "transformation," as much as you will be getting a special hospitality encounter unlike anything you've ever received.
The ambience was great. I loved the fact that they had all the services in one location. I do believe that this is a great business in our community. A few kinks to work out ( the receptionist was not in when we arrived, the appointment scheduler didn’t seem organized) but overall the experience was worth it.
