I've been coming here for a long time and LOVE how professional it is. The shop is immaculate and has this awesome vibe to it. Sarah does my hair and is one of the nicest, funniest people ever! And she's amazing with color! I've always been treated with respect and watched how they handle some of the not-so-nice customers from the shop next door with more patience than I ever could! This salon is in one of my fave areas of White Rock and I love coming here! It’s very cute, cozy and welcoming. Sarah works her magic on my hair every single time and I’m so grateful for her excellent care. My only issue has been that the “clients” from next door regularly ignore the parking signs so at times, I have to find parking no where near the salon. Other than that, if you want to look like a million bucks, book here. You won’t be disappointed!
I didnt even want to leave one star but no choice. Word of advice, do not waste your time here. One of the workers was so unbelievably rude. I always like to support local, but NEVER this place. I was appalled at how rude someone in a customer service position could be. She acted very arrogantly, with an attitude of superiority. Maybe, instead of using your energy for negativity and rudeness, use it to run a business that welcomes people.
Jennine is so talented and so sweet! She worked so hard to get my hair exactly how I wanted it for my wedding, both on the day of and the months leaving up to it. Highly recommend, you will fall in love with your hair again!
