Just called in for an urgent technical question, (contractor on site) receptionist would not put the call through!!! She insisted that I would need to speak to a local sales agent who could provide a price...? I explained again that I did not need a price but I did require an urgent technical support. Again her response, "you can call the local agent and they will give you a price". Now I have been waiting for 2 hours to hear back from the local agent, who has had to phone Delta to answer my technical support question.
