Beautiful products, but unfortunately waited 6months to receive and had to chase them up, only for them to have misplaced the order. When asked for a refund instead (as I had purchased elsewhere) they refused. They Finally fast shipped my product but now wont accept a return. (I have a double up) No apology or compensation for a 6month wait and misplacing the order.
I was unable to find the pots I wanted and Tim did a whole heap of searching for similar pots from different providers. Amazing customer service.
I purchased a luxury bed mattress combination 8 years ago, recently it needed an adjustment, one phone call to Transformer and the following day, at the time agreed upon, two tradesmen from Transformer arrived and fixed the problem without mess or fuss and without cost. 5 star outstanding service.
