The owners, staff and members are all incredibly supportive, creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere. I honestly never before felt like I could go to a gym and also feel so included in a community, until I joined up to T40. I have yo-yo dieted and gym hopped most of my life, but I have truly never felt at this much ease, accepted, or as strong as I have been at T40. The most amazing community of coaches and members. I really can't speak more highly of transform40. As a beginner to all things gym, I felt welcomed and supported from the moment I joined a trial session. A big range of class times, nutrition plans, and a whole heap of fun challenges, makes working out something to look forward to.Â
