Luke is an absolute pleasure to work with, and his team do an outstanding job to a high level. The boys are on the job everyday undertaking work to complete it. They complete transformed our backyard. I highly recommend Luke and his team if you're looking to do a concrete pool or completely transform your backyard to a useable space.

Avoid these guys at all costs. Disgraceful customer service and communications. How this company has managed to win any awards is beyond me. Engaged with them to build our pool for us and was the worse decision we ever made. No accountability what-so-ever and will not communicate about resolving any of the issues. Always broken promises. Be sure to avoid these guys as their name should be changed from “Transform Landscaping and Pools” to “Transform Bank Account”.
Save yourself the heartache and frustration and please find yourself another pool builder/ landscaper!! I initially engaged the services of Luke from transform in 2021 to build our pool and complete the concrete surround around the pool and patio area. During the course of our relationship he was very hit and miss, sometimes he was pleasant to deal with and other times he was short, rude and demanding especially around getting paid.
