Transform pools go above and beyond to get the job done. They built the pool that was perfect for our needs and they went that one step further to do the things we didn’t know we needed or wanted. Their service before the build, during the build and after the build is exceptional. Luke is a master pool builder and Carlie an admin genius who works behind the scenes to keep everything calm and ordered. Everyday is a good day with Transform Pools.
We had the team from Transform work on our property for about 7months in 2024. I must say it was an extremely stressful 7months! The main boys working for Luke were amazing. Really switched on and attentive. Luke himself is focused on what HE wants, what HE can envision and what will win HIM awards. We unfortunately trusted his judgement and gave him too much power. We engaged Transform Landscaping and Pools to build our pool and concrete surrounds, and it was one of the most disappointing decisions we’ve made. Customer service and communication were poor throughout the project. In our experience, many promises were not followed through, and attempts to resolve the issues went unanswered. We felt there was a complete lack of accountability. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.
