This is my first studio ever trying out Lagree and it was the best choice ever! The instructors are so welcoming and after the classes it burn like crazy (in a good way). After a year of doing Lagree combined with heavy lifting, I can honestly say that I feel more stronger, confident, and my core never looked so good! Would recommend to any friends and family.
I love my classes in Saratoga! There are amazing group of instructors and I love the hours flexibility! Very clean and friendly environment!
