I love transform. This was the first place I tried Lagree and I fell in love. It was challenging but I felt great. Definitely see a lot of improvements, core strength, stability and my glutes are always on fire.
I've had a great experience with Transform and all the instructors so far. My fav has been Zeze, she's motivating, clear with her instructions, and her workouts are killer. The studio itself has plenty of mirrors and is clean. Parking is plentiful.
I absolutely love Transform Fitness Studio — I’ve attended almost 20 classes so far and I definitely feel stronger! The environment feels so uplifting and the instructors are so friendly/welcoming to beginners! The studio is always very clean & the machines are high quality. I definitely recommend this studio to everyone!
One of my favorite lagree studios I've tried! They have the megaformer and every instructor I've had has great, easy to follow cues, and the workouts are intense, but not overwhelming even as a new-goer
