I usually use big-name gyms. I decided to give this one a shot due to convenience and I'm glad I did. Transform is definitely more expensive than some of their big-name competitors, but it's worth it. In exchange you get a gym that is 24/7, with a wide variety of clean, well kept, equipment. Ready to accommodate people of varying experience levels and goals. All housed within a well-lit, clean, property free of the typical gym-musk. I've been a member of this gym for a while now, and I gotta say, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! The 24/7 access is super convenient, and the equipment is top-notch - great machines, well-maintained, and plenty of options for every fitness level. But what really sets this gym apart is the staff. I paid for ONE month of fitness, no contract. Will NOT stop charging me. Refunded me twice but KEEPS CHARGING. I have called so many times and even reported credit card fraud. Get it together, TFG.
