As a socially anxious person I’ve put off taking care of my physical health so long because most gyms overwhelm me. Transform was exactly what I needed. There’s a great selection of equipment, space, and privacy to workout. Everything I could ask for. Scheduling is super easy and convenient and I highly recommend choosing this gym 😎 💪🏻

Transform Fitness is the perfect space for someone who prefers privacy and might experience anxiety working out in front of others. It has been the best place for me to push through excuses and start putting my health at the forefront of my priorities. Safe, trustworthy, efficient and empowering with thoughtfully selected equipment and accessories for beginners to the experienced gym-goers.

By far the best small gym I’ve ever been to. I can’t stand the bigger places with the over crowding and people waiting/watching you to get done with equipment. Transform Fitness is perfect. Great selection of equipment and the privacy to have a peaceful workout. Top notch owner. Mitch is always helpful with advice for my workout or nutritional questions.
