When selecting a design-build remodeler I think it’s important to know how they treat their employees and subcontractors. I’ve worked for Transform for over a year as a carpenter and can say they’ve created a very positive work culture through team events, trust, and support. So, if you are working with Rob on your remodel; know you are getting a team who will make every effort to make your project a success.
Extremely positive experience, would highly recommend. We renovated the better part of our first floor, kitchen, laundry, bath, and floors in dining room and living room. Their price is point is high when compared to serving as your own general contractor (individually coordinating yourself between carpentry, electrical, plumbing) or GCs who will just execute what you say, no more and no less, but at the low end for a more "full service" approach to renovations.
