A very nice studio space with great instructors, the only downside is their pricing structure where you are forced to pre-purchase a pack of X classes that expire after a few months. I'd much prefer either an affordable monthly membership or a class pack that is a smaller number of classes or never expires/has a longer timeline to use it before you lose it.
Been coming here for the last few years and safe to say I’m pretty much addicted. I’ve have gained so much muscle since starting!
Although I’m not a full time member, this is definitely my go-to place to pop in for hot yoga and lagree. The staff and instructors are always so wonderful and kind, plus the classes are top-notch. I’ve been attending classes on and off for about 3-4 years and I’ve always come out feeling so great. I highly recommend Transform!
I've been a member at Transform for years and I could talk all day about how much I love the method. I truly think it's for everyone and you can get great results doing only lagree, but it is also a great complement to anything else you do. I recently booked out a whole class for my friends to celebrate my birthday. I have to shout out our instructor Tori for providing such an awesome experience - she was fabulous.
