Although I’m not a full time member, this is definitely my go-to place to pop in for hot yoga and lagree. The staff and instructors are always so wonderful and kind, plus the classes are top-notch. I’ve been attending classes on and off for about 3-4 years and I’ve always come out feeling so great. I highly recommend Transform!
I've been a member at Transform for years and I could talk all day about how much I love the method. I truly think it's for everyone and you can get great results doing only lagree, but it is also a great complement to anything else you do. I love Lagree classes at TransFORM RINO! The instructors are so knowledgeable and supportive and the workout is tough every single time. I've also really enjoyed the yoga classes available at this studio. Take a class! Your body and mind will thank you.
