I love Lagree classes at TransFORM RINO! The instructors are so knowledgeable and supportive and the workout is tough every single time. I've also really enjoyed the yoga classes available at this studio. Take a class! Your body and mind will thank you.
Have done over 75 classes here and love all the instructors and the vibes of the classes!
Keep in mind that if you have an emergency and get rushed to an urgent care the same day as your class they will still charge you a cancelation fee and be extremely condescending the whole time they're robbing you
I love Transform, I go to all 3 studios and each one is unique. This one has smaller Lagree classes, I like the brick room and the yoga studio is nice with the infrared and no mirrors so you can really go inside for your practice. All the instructors I’ve had are great and welcoming. I’ve never had an issue with parking but I normally take early morning classes. 5 stars all around
