I’ve taken lagree reformer classes at this RINO location and it’s currently my preferred studio. The girls at the front desk always greet me warmly and that makes a huge difference. I’ve tried many Pilates studios and this one is challenging and gives me the workout (and shakes) I’m looking for! Took a class for the first time with Rebecca today and she was lovely. Love Transform!!! Best workout of my life!!! Their establishment is always so clean & smells good!! The receptionists are always so kind. Just all together the best Pilates studio I’ve been to in Denver!
Transform was great! I did the mat Pilates class and lagree and enjoyed both of them. They were challenging in the best way and the instructors were helpful in making them easy to navigate through!
Transform is my fav lagree in Denver!! The instructors are so knowledgeable and they all bring their own creativity to each class. I’ve been loving it for 3+ years and continue to love it throughout my pregnancy. All the instructors have been awesome at providing me with great modifications!
I’ve had a great experience at Transform. The Lagree classes are challenging but in a way that feels intentional and effective. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive to form, and create a motivating environment without it feeling intimidating.
