Non union job, not a good long term job... Very unfair work environment and attendance policies... Very toxic work environment, they will always take the side of the company no value for employees, very biased passive aggressive uncomfortable work place... I do not recommend the job as a career, just fast cash
Unless you like working 7 days a week in a factory where it's always 80+ everyday inside and can't wear sleeveless shirts or shorts skip this place
