horrible company doing illegal stuff....they update the latest activity on debts to make it look like ancient debts are very new......refuse to negotiate in good faith......hospitals and medical providers would be better served by just writing debt off......reported me for $39 debt that I wasnt aware that insurance didnt cover five years ago and made it look like this was one year old debt.....I will never use medical provider again, and may sue these jerks.

Speaking in general terms because we were not provided with adequate information to locate this particular account: we credit report accounts up to seven years from date of service. We are not authorized by many of our clients to negotiate on the placement amount, and those clients that allow negotiations set explicit requirements that must be met before any type of settlement can be made. ILLEGAL STUFF IS DONE HERE!! This place lies and steals from their debtors. They constantly change the balances and interest rates daily. It takes an act of God to get evidence that the person even owes a debt- and their evidence is a joke- as they say they cannot get a response from the original business as proof of owing money in the first place.
I am very pleased with the customer service I recieved from this company and especially Mrs. Rhonda. She worked with me and was always polite! She never talked down to me or tried to make me do or pay anything I couldn't afford to do so at the time! I hope to never have to communicate with her again but if I have to I will ask for her.
I have made 2 attempts (2nd one on 11/3/2016) to get this off my wife's credit report as it doesn't belong to her and also it was paid before you tried collecting on it with her. TransUnion received your request on Nov 03, 2016 and completed their investigation on Nov 30, 2016.
