This is not a scam. At first I thought it was and threw the letter away. A couple of months later another letter came and I called then decided to go for it. Glad I did and my taxes were recovered.

I had received multiple letters from Lisa and ignored. I decided to call after several months. I was still skeptical, thinking it was too good to be true so I told her I was not interested. As the letters continued to come. I decided to pursue. I think I was told 4 to 6 weeks and I would see a refund in the mail and was told how much it would be and what their commission would be for doing the work.
