After a month of residential service, no complaints. Rates are fair, esp with auto-pay. Providing Boeing Drive drop off for recyclable waste is a much appreciated community service.
I had some issues with starting service but WM worked quickly to sort them out and when a substitute driver missed my pickup they sent someone the next day to get my trash quickly.The online starting of service is cheaper so when I was unable to complete this myself with my correct information WM didn't charge me extra to start my service and I had to call several times because of issues with where they would pickup from...they resolved it quickly and efficiently. The timing they pick up is amazing. All staff is very polite
Always pick up my garbage, unlike the previous company who was hit or miss!
