They keep saying they didn't get the order for a pharmacy stop after the medical appointment but when the reservation was made I made sure that it was ordered. Even while in the car I called MTBA And confirmed that there was a pharmacy stop ordered. 3 times now this has happened. Whoever the male dispatcher is is the one messing up. Robin seems to get it right. Crystal, I had the same driver fall asleep twice just going from 15 miles out into town. Too bad I didn't get his name.
Our driver Wanda showed up on time and was very pleasant to ride with. We will be using this company many more times.

It was on ok place to work I was a driver but don't talk about religion or politics to your clients you are transporting my boss is so against it. That's how I got fired last week then I hear from one of the clients that there's a driver falling asleep while there driving a client to Bullhead city like two different times there's been several complaints on that driver but he's still working there. Then thier cars are not safe. I personally would not have them transport me.
