Took my brother's RV here for transmission work and they immediately told us the real problem wasn't the trans. Sent us down the street to a spring shop. Awesome customer service that is super knowledgeable and won't overcharge or lie to you.
The service is great and they get the job done
Waited a month for an axle to be built with little to no communication. Owner had some health issues which is unfortunate in his case and mine, but anybody in relation to the shop could’ve kept me in the loop in a months span. Numerous non-returned phone calls and messages. Finally was able to get the axle picked up and was expecting to be compensated on my bill for being patient on a service that should've taken a day or two, but was charged full price without hesitation.
