Just wanted to let you know that the trip was fantastic, and everything worked out seamlessly! The hotels and the tours you recommended were excellent! Hotel locations in particular were ideal. Our family of 5 traveled to Japan with a group of 39 and the trip was wonderful! Jose and Mary Team helped set up all details and everything worked like clockwork. A disaster, my wife got covid and have to cancel the trip, they promised us a credit for our next vacation, and the owner played the will call you back game for over 2 weeks till we quit, do not reserve your vacation here
