I was setting on a block enjoying the cool air I been chilling in the area at the old dubb tree because of the cancer and this security Gard comes up and harass me about chilling there nonthen around in no way was I a security threat tells you something about that person the worst part is I use to work for the company
Booked a ride 20 days in advance, ride confirmed, got text the night before to confirm... Noone arrived, noone called to let me know so I could find another way. Had to reschedule my appointment due to incompetence on transdev.
On hold for over an hour- this is NORMAL for them. Recording has been saying estimated hold time 2 minutes for 35 minutes. I can't believe any company is run like this.
