Bus services consistently late (up to 40 mins, almost never less than 10), drivers skip stops often and dirty buses. Impolite drivers and terrible service plague our transport.
I work in Perth with Transdev as a Buschauffeur and was on the tram many times, and the customer service is great. Well done 👏 ✔️
My husband recently retired after 50 plus years in the service industry. He made the comment to me that the service on the light rail we caught at Central Station yesterday was, in his words, “top shelf”. HARINDER BAWEJA went out of his way to help EVERY person on the train, telling them how many stops to their destination, and ensuring that people were allowed to alight at every stop before others could board. Transdev could do with another hundred Harinders!
Fix the airconditioning of your trams, always hot and over crowded, especially the randwick line..
