This company has absolutely RUINED what used to be VTA paratransit. The scheduling has been erratic as hell. Today they refused to push my dad who gets rides from them frequently up the the ramp leaving my elderly mother pleading with them for an hour. They no longer do the subscription service for the rides. I don't know what their deal is but they have turned something that my parents relied on into something that will potentially be unusable. I use former vta paratransit. Since transdev took over, scheduling is erratic. I have to call when I see on the schedule that I won't get to physical therapy on time. Then they make a change but end up picking me up at the wrong time anyway. I have to sit outside on my mobility scooter for almost an hour . Grr. Since I have muscular dystrophy I am so frustrated.
Our driver, Cheema, greeted us and assisted everyone with their bags. Very much appreciated!
