There's one of there airport vans just sitting in front of my place for the last hour and a half, making it hard for the business trucks, cars to even get by. Looks like there sleeping, maybe this time they have set there alarm so people are not 2 hours late for there appointment.

This by far is absolutely the worst company that thr County could have given a contract to for Para transportation. I don't blame the drivers at all however who they choose to be dispatchers CLEARLY have no idea how to read a map or speak to who their customers are. Specifically a dispatcher named JEFF who thought it was okay to not only talk to the driver like she was dumb but also talk ABOUT me like he didn't realize I could hear him. Service is poor. They let patients/clients wait for hours. Their dispatchers are extremely unprofessional and rude.
