Horrible company. Dropped my 83yr old client 41mins late then stted would pick her up in 30min, I said she is late will not be done by then Tasha who is in dispatch ahe was very rude. I explained the situation to her and she stated she could go back home or call back when she is ready. Van pulled up @ 30min mark, I asked the driver if she could wait...I would finish in 5nins ...van left. Called for return ride which was all scheduled stted would be 5mins-hour. This service is absolutely terrible. Most of the time, they only have 2 drivers at night and you always have to be extremely cautious with making your rides, which us extremely the case with Trayvon and Monique. Maggie messed up before, but only a few times. George and Lorinda are just rude. If you have to ride with Trabsdev, always make sure to set an appointment time and set that appointment time for at least 30 minutes in advance. BEWARE! If you need paratransit try to get a different service through you community care company- If I could I would give them negative stars. The company does not get you where you need to go in under 2 hours. They pick you up late and make you sit on a ride for hours changing and adding rides as you go along- if you call the company they don’t care- it’s suppose to be door to door and only 1 in 5 drivers does that- BUT TO BE CLEAR ITS THE COMPANY THAYS BAD!
