Absolutely unbelievable - left my husband and my 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER stranded at the Tampa airport (claiming we disputed the charge- which we didn't) for over two hours, while promising that someone would be there in 35 minutes only to cancel. I'm so unbelievably furious. If they weren't going to send someone they shouldn't have said they were. Literally the worst car service I've ever encountered - wish I could give them no stars. I haven’t used this service but thinking twice if I should in the future. I’ve booked a reservation for my sisters birthday and within a hour and a half or less the hotel Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando called to inform my sister that they are overbooked due to COVID 19 stipulation of having half of the capacity seated, that was a shock.
