I booked an interstate move from Canberra to Melbourne. I had high hopes for Transcorp after a wonderful kickoff with Danielle from the sales team. She was a delight at every interaction - helpful, professional, friendly and extremely good at her job. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. After a logistical error on their end, I had my uplift pushed back three days, with assurances the crew would be there between 4 and 7pm on the newly scheduled day.
