This company rescued our community from the brink of financial collapse, due to the predatory practices of the previous property manager. They are principled, precise, and productive organization.
ZERO STAR!!!! Towed my new 2015 Colorado off the property on a Sunday while visiting a friend. I have a pickup with NO advertisiing signs. I use it for camping and sport activities. NO warning sticker. They simply pulled it out damaging my front bumper.
Worst company ever, is there a negative star option? Even after I showed the month they claimed I never paid, was cashed by their bank, they're still threatening to take my account to a lawyer. The accounting lady needs a refresher in Accounting and several classes on costumer service.
This company is just plain TERRIBLE. All they want is your money and residents that have lived in the areas they manage and live there YEARS receive poor service. Empty promises, poor service and inflated pricing. At first I saw great things after our condo's previous management failed to do anything... now?
