Totally feel like my call inconvenienced them. Someone who needs medical treatment and is basically told your SOL. I get that you are not a walk in, but you are a sports injury clinic.. you should offer the service

Female Doctor, Doctor Csupak is completely rude, and doesn't listen, I've told her I have asthma and she will not do anything about it, horrible will be switching doctors soon
Update: since the time that this review was written,almost a year ago, I have to say reception has improved 100%. I've even started bring my daughter back here. I waited awhile before changing my review to make sure that the friendlyness wasn't just a once in awhile thing. It's not, this place has really cleaned up their act. Reception is AWFUL. They are always extremely rude and act as though you're an inconvenience everytime you have to speak with them. I'm to the point of switching doctors even though I like the doctor I'... read more
I have been going here for many years (family doctor). Doctors are great! However, the Lab is ridiculous! Every time I've gone to either get blood work or an x-ray I've waited easily 45 mins to an hour, if not longer. This won't be an issue if I didn't have to return to work in a timely manner..
