I was calling around to get a remote garage door opener compatible with a craftsman garage door opener. I was fortunate to talk to Noelle. Not only did she stay later to accommodate me she was willing to come in to refund me if the product didn't work. She is a bright light in the stress of a house move. Her kindness and genuine willingness to help was appreciated!
