Dr Malo was fantastic for my eye appointment, I felt comfortable and left with great information regarding my eye health! He highly recommended for me to bring my 2 children in to get their eyes examined as well. They were incredibly nervous, but he was able to take the time and explained the process of the exam step by step. The front ladies are very friendly and very welcoming! So glad I chose Transcona Optical, Highly recommend!
Fabulous customer service, building is new and sparkling clean and I’d definitely recommend anybody to go here!
Very friendly and helpful
I arrived for my original on December 18th 10:45 am appointment and the office was closed, and I wasn’t notified, which was frustrating. Today they explained there was a mistake with my phone number in their system. They apologized and rebooked me quickly. I appreciate them taking responsibility and resolving the issue.
