Great people. Very giving and helpful. No wait time. Hardest part is backing in dock. Tight maneuvering but, I did it. So, here's the scoop. Drive up to coldesac on far right side hugging curb. Tight maneuver to left to turn around then, back in as close to the base of tree then put it into dock and rotate tractor back to front. You won't go in ditch if your close to tree. No worries. Tree is no big deal.
