This job is terrible. Also, when I resigned, they have not paid out vacation time to me owed, and have not provided my ROE. I have called many people, emailed them, and still no response. It will be almost a month. They are harsh, want you to be glued to your computer, and their training is far from ok. Considering the training comes from Apple is even more pathetic. Do not work for them. I had to take stress leave because I was burnt out.

Don't do it. Unless you like working for the devil. The campaign they usually have you working in America is for the largest company in the world. I'll let you figure that out. The parent company is a Swiss company. Foreign companies treat employees in their home countries very well, but higher the lowest people to manage their American half. That's the case here. DON"T DO IT!!!!!

This job is the worst. Stay away. This job is the first job I ever had in my life that made me dread and fight myself clocking in everyday. They train you for short periods and then throw you on the phones. All they care about is metrics and CSATs. Make sure you don't get sick or stuff happen to you out of your control (power goes out due to storm, maintenance coming over, child gets sick, etc.) it's a trap.
