I brought them my trans from my 1965 Barracuda. Being a manuel I thought it would be rather simple. When I installed it back in the car it leaked oil from the front bearing retainer. so I returned with the car to show them..then removed it for them to repair it again.. after 4 trys they could not get it right... filed a complaint with BAR. I finally took it somewhere else after Vaughans refused to stand behind their work. So my Honda Odyssey trans started slipping around 168k miles and I stopped at Vaughn's and talked with the owner Dylan who gave me a very reasonable price to rebuild it. I dropped it off to him on a Wednesday around noon and he had it finished in 2 days and gave me a generous 2 year warranty period. This family owned shop is very courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to get you back on the road. I have put about 800 miles on the Honda and it feels very strong and fresh.
