Do less, accomplish more. The 20 minutes, twice a day, that adds hours of effectiveness to your day. Gets me started and clear headed in the morning. Refreshes me right before dinner for the evening. I feel good inside. And I sleep through the night.
TM really helps with health issues (think natural blood pressure control) and I get a deep sense of well being that lasts all day. I tried other systems and this has them beat in my opinion, which is backed up by recent NIH studies that compares them head-to head. Very friendly, intelligent staff at the TM center, and they help with the cost if needed. I notice that I now deal with stress without anger (whew!), get better sleep - what's not to like!
