Had been hearing about the benefits of meditation for years but trying to practice on my own wasn't doing much. Then an acquaintance was complaining how his firm was making him take TM classes as part of the executive package. Perked my interest and when I found out there was a center in Chicago signed up for the intro. It's amazing. The training is several days so you have to commit to it but it's worth the money and the time. Complete game changer for your stress levels.
