For anyone that is interested in learning about Transcendental Meditation, this is a great place to start. Josh explains it in an amazing, yet easy way to help someone understand what exactly "TM" is before they make the leap to learn it. Another great resource is the book, "Super Mind." I had read it before hearing Josh, but the aspects he touched on were not explained as easily in the book. Very impressed with the Dallas Transcendental Meditation Center and excited to begin my journey on Saturday!
The Dallas TM Center is beautifully managed by a very professional and caring staff. If you are in Dallas and want to learn Transcendental Meditation, this is the place to go!
I enjoyed the blissful experience of learning TM...now starts regular practising to progress to next level. 100% recommended and pls dont look at initial cost (which is not much anyway) but treat this as an investment on your body to stay lifelong with you.
