Company run off of too much favoritism instead of being rewarded for hard work you're rewarded for favoritism incidences and lack of experience
Great place to grow your mining career in the valley, they know your name. Not just a number. They treat you like family.
Been a employee now since January. Really good environment to work in. Staff are very nice. Equipment is definitely good. I have zero negative things to say. Been treated so well and paid good. I see myself staying on probably till I retire . They do everything from mining to utilities, and so much more. Wish I started with them sooner
