I had a difficult experience with a therapist here. I came in during a vulnerable time, seeking support for trauma and postpartum challenges, but unfortunately, I personally left feeling worse after sessions. I did not feel heard or validated, which made my struggles even harder. I cannot recommend this practice for trauma or postpartum care.
Cassandra held a wonderful event, with great information. Would recommend their services any time.

Cassandra and her team are an incredible group! She hosted a Sex and Sangria event at Central Social Hall that was sold out and filled with such great info. She is committed to excellence and serving the community, can’t go wrong supporting people and businesses like this one!
