The front desk staff is very welcoming and nice, I was taken back within 5 minutes of checking in on my first visit and on my second visit I was taken back right away. Ray was very helpful and helped my 2 year old son in the very best possible way. I appreciate him and the staff with being very supportive and informative and just keeping me updated on the ordering process. It was an overall great experience. I’d recommend family and friends for any orthotics or prosthetic needs.

My son received some orthotics from this location and although almost everyone is helpful, I can’t get passed the front desk. Lupe is fantastic and sweet, but Daisy is not. She should find a new job, perhaps not in customer service if she is unwilling to help and gets annoyed easily. Not only that, but she hung up on me. I admit I had a lot of questions, but it didn’t deserve being hung up on. I will be trying to find a new place for my son’s needs.
