I wanted to relocate to Toronto from Montreal and found this company. Really good rating (4.9 - 46 reviews) and their quote was good aswell. Firstly, their communication was not prompt once I accepted their quote, it took them 5 days (3 days before the moving date) to tell me when they will arrive and offered me a seat on the van for $150. I declined and reserved a seat on megabus, and then 16 hours before the moving time they cancelled, saying that their van ran into an accident and won't be available for 3 weeks. I hired transcend movers recently to help me with my moving. They were very professional with their work and did whatever was promised. Peter was a nice guy and placed all the things exactly where i wanted them without making any damages to the furniture or the walls. They also wrapped all the delicate stuff and packed my things for me upon my request. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely recommend them.
