To be honest I don’t even think this review matters because I guess nothing changes in the office based on reviews. Okay experience, I came to this office because I heard great things about the doctor but the front girls really killed my experience. At first upon arriving I stood in front of one lady for like 10 seconds and she did not acknowledge me at all, I also work in health care so I know how busy it can get but she was not doing anything, just staring at her computer, she could have at least told me she was busy, when the other girl waved me over and gave me my paper work, I returned it and while asking her questions she remained p... read more
While I was originally hopeful for this doctor because of reviews and stuff, they stopped listening to me the second they found out im trans nonbinary. I was severely sick with a cold and needed to start a medical leave cause im immunocompromised and had already been out of work a week and they force us to use fmla as our sick leave. The website had pricing info for fmla and paperwork stuff but there was a sign in the exam room that said they stopped doing it back in 2022. I have to be honest, I have not seen a doctor in 20ish years, so very nervous! Dr. Harbison made me feel very comfortable. We are working on my issues, and I am very confident in her diagnosis. Dr Harbison listened to my requests, let me explain my situation and I will be returning any time I need a doctor.
