I have been coming to see Dr. Harbison for over 4 years now, and I have enjoyed having her as my Primary care doctor. She’s attentive, caring, listens when I have a concern, and takes every diagnosis seriously. Her fun and quirky spirit also help alleviate any stresses I might have while coming in to visit! Today was my first appointment here!! I observed a few things and wanted to share my experience! 1. There was a very entitled woman that came in here. She was demanding to be seen right away. Obviously, that’s not how doctors offices or anything else in this world works. You can’t just walk in and expect red carpet treatment. Despite the woman’s uncooperative demeanor, the ladies at the front desk, Ana and Meena, handled the situation very well. Absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this doctor’s office at all due to the front office staff. The main lady is very very rude. There is no communication at all and appointments can get mixed up between locations. She should not be working in customer service. I am no longer going to be a patient here due to the receptionist. Even if you read the other reviews this is the biggest concern. They need to hire new staff.
HALF A STAR! Dr. Harbison is an amazing doctor, which is the only reason this office gets any stars at all. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is absolutely terrible. The receptionist — an older woman who constantly claims she’s “the boss” — is rude, unprofessional, and clearly does not know how to properly handle patients or basic communication. To be honest I don’t even think this review matters because I guess nothing changes in the office based on reviews. I WAS a new client because I’ve heard great things but went in for migraines a few weeks ago but after today I will not be going back I will be finding a new PCP. Seem to always be busy to return any of the calls to get a prescription. I’ve been calling since last Friday with no calls returned. Not even voicemail returned. Left a email but inbox was full.
