Do not waste your time, money, insurance benefits here. They advertise services and nill for what they cannot provide like compounded medications though I was 100% clear before, during and after my appointment that was what I need and want. One month and hundreds of dollars later, they told me that they are not qualified. I clearly read that they do provide bioidentical compounding. It's just messed up. No one will call me for a month. I thought doctors were supposed to care. Not sure why Harbison went to med school.
I see Dr. Harbison who is typically in their Pantego office. She is fantastic and seems to not only care about her patients, but also listens and really tries to get to the bottom of what is happening. I have had delays being seen exactly at my appointment time, but 1. not terribly late and 2. I realize that she will spend that same time and care with me when it's my turn, so I'm willing to wait.
