Does NOT do what they say they will do. Came out to house, gave an estimate but there's no follow through. It's a smaller job so maybe they don't want the work, which is fine. But they should just say "we don't have time" or "the job is too small for us".
Didn't show up
Didn't show up for sprinkler blow out I scheaduled 2 weeks in advance and never called me back when I called them day of. If I could give negative stars I would. Sat next to my door waiting for 8 hours. You guys owe me a full days pay for wasting my time. Your bill is $226
Wood posts, metal gates and electric horse fencing installed in two days. Crews worked efficiently and late at night to finish the job.
They installed a French drain that has never worked properly. I’ve been trying to get them to honor their warranty for months now. Despite multiple promises to come out and fix the issue, they have consistently failed to show up. Communication is terrible — calls and texts are mostly ignored, and I’ve only managed to get through to them twice after countless attempts.
