I scheduled an appointment with Amare, she was efficient, friendly, she went above and beyond. She was a pleasure. She has the most cheerful laugh.
The scheduler is consistently rude and mean. I think he has a lot of issues going on in his life and he is unable to keep his issues at the bay when working, which is unfortunate.
