I did an auto loan through them and took out GAP insurance. 2 1/2 yrs later I paid off my loan and requested a partial refund on the GAP INSURANCE I paid for. I was told customers are only allowed to request a refund 2 months after the loan was taken out! Who pays off or trades in a vehicle before 2 months of taking out a loan?? A TOTAL RIP OFF BY THIS BANK! My advice is don’t use them! They just got 900.00 extra from me by having this policy that dealerships or this bank lets you know ahead of time. BAD BUSINESS!
I DEPOSITED OVER $1,000 IN YOUR ATM MACHINE ON MONDAY!!! IT IS NOW GOING ON THIRSDAY AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE ALSO!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB!!! JUST TERRIBLE! COME TO FIND OUT THEIR ATM HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR WEEKS AND THEY DID NOTHING TO WARN US CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR ATM TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Carrie ************** is definitely an asset to Transcend!! She communicates to customers to help them but Never makes them feel stupid.
We had a very positive refinance experience with Transcend Credit Union, Outer Loop branch. Carrie was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. The process could not have been easier thanks to her. It's refreshing to work with someone who knows what to do and how to do it. A+
I’m not a fan of some of their policies and charges. Like I moved and because I didn’t tell them I got charged with a “bad address” fee. Or when I deposited my school check they will only release half of your check and then u have to wait 7 business days. In my case I have to wait 9 days to get the rest of my money. Customer service is the worst. They aren’t the most polite and it’s very obvious some of them hate their jobs.
